Alice is our qualified reflexologist. Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; by reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas. Due to Alice being trained in many other skills, you may request a combination treatment, for example massage, Indian head massage and reflexology.

Our most popular way to book is online booking, as you are able to select the treatment that suits you, reserve a treatment time and pay via our secure booking system.
2. UPON BOOKING
After booking you will be invited via email to set up an account with our software called JANE. This allows you to manage your booking, receipts, statement and subscribe to our mailing for interesting updates and offers. Appointment reminders are sent via email and text to your preference to make sure that your ready to enjoy Hove's best massage.
3. APPOINTMENT DAY
Upon your first visit, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short health history form. Alice @ Hove Massage will take you to the massage suite and go through all you're relevant medical history make sure we meet your expectation and goals, and safe and effective.

Alice has now been a registered medical professional for 11 years.
Her attention is on integrated holistic treatments with the focus on collaborative modalities such as chiropractic.
Adding to her skill set with certificates and diplomas in reflexology, Thai massage, aromatherapy, and Cervical spine osteo she is well equipped to address complex medical conditions. Her result driven client treatment plans will focus on regaining function, mobility, and reduction of pain.
